Endless Summer is a selection of photographs by John Sellekaers. John says that he's
...interested in the hidden, what's behind the curtain, what goes unnoticed in daily life but can be quietly spotlighted with a photograph. As in music, I believe in the beauty of the little details and their ability to convey emotions.
These images are part of a series shot in Florida last year. I've explored the backyard of a state only known -- at least in Europe and Canada -- as a haven for aging sun lovers. Far from the crowds, the endless theme parks, and the postcard spots, I wanted to gently scratch the varnish and reveal my imaginary Florida.
