Cornell House is a selection of photographs taken by designer, photographer, and typography fiend Jason Santa Maria. Jason explains that
When you move into a new house, you witness a unique intersection of the previous and the next, and have the opportunity to assimilate or overwrite what currently occupies the space. This set was taken during a weekend helping friends move into a new home, likely while I was supposed to be lifting boxes.
The mustiness of a bygone era is evoked in the images of the retro-lettered refrigerator and the garishly painted and wood paneled walls. His friends may not agree, but we are glad that he set down his boxes for a few moments and documented a home that (hopefully) has moved on to the next stage in its life.
