My wife and I have always had a relaxed attitude about the décore in our house, and as our three boys came along, we had to be even more flexible. One of the adjustments we had to make was dealing with the overwhelming number of toys that they scatter around house. They have a habit of playing with their toys -- especially their action figures -- and leaving them on the nearest shelf, nook, or cranny. Some of our friends think that the resulting tableaux are some kind of arty and ironic commentary that we are making about popular culture, but if anything, it's a testament to our inability to keep up with the constant activity in a house of three very busy little boys.
